WATERMAN Award Recipients

Dick Kitchingman (King, 2001)

The Waterman Award is given to an extraordinary American cultivar which displays excellent performance and hardiness in diverse European climates. This award was named after Mrs. Roswitha Waterman, who contributed a lot to the foundation of the modern Hemerocallis in Europe through lectures she gave in Germany over a period of many years.
